Taking stock
I go through the files and the live product and collect every color, text style and component in use, so we can see what is working and what has drifted.

Foundations
Variables and text styles
Color, type, spacing and radius become a small set of named variables, with light and dark modes built in from the start rather than added later.

Components
Building the pieces
Buttons, cards, navigation and sections built on those variables, with the variants and states your team needs and none of the ones it doesn't.

Templates
Putting it to work
Real pages rebuilt from the library, which is the best test there is. Anything missing or awkward shows up here instead of in the next project.

Handoff
Documentation and training
Usage notes on every component and a walkthrough with your team, so the system keeps being used — and kept up — after I've gone.

Most sites take somewhere between a few weeks and a few months, from the first call to launch. The biggest variable is usually how quickly content and feedback come back, so we'll agree on a schedule for both at the start.

Yes. I regularly work alongside agencies and in-house teams, either taking a design through to build or owning the whole project under your name.
What Webflow framework do you use?
What Webflow framework do you use?
I've tried out most of the Webflow frameworks out there but I use Lumos for 95% of my builds. It adds a lot of really helpful developer functionality while still making it easy for clients to be able to make changes to their site. Yes. Every site is handed over with a CMS set up for the content you'll change most, and a walkthrough of how to use it.

No. I'm happy to work with clients anywhere, and most projects run remotely over calls and shared files.
